Welcome to The Victoria, a historic condominium community in Seattle.
The Victoria sits on a full block atop Seattle's Queen Anne Hill. The original four-story brick building was constructed in 1921 as conceived by John Graham Sr., the revered Seattle architect responsible for many of the city's premier landmarks. Details deemed merely elegant in 1921 are today singularly and unexpectedly marvelous: Tennessee marble in the entry foyers, solid mahogany entry doors and a grand terraced courtyard.
Originally built as luxury apartments, The Victoria was extensively renovated and refreshed when it converted to condominiums in 1998. Perhaps the biggest change at the time was to construct a two-level parking structure surmounted by 10 townhomes designed to harken to an era of charm and craftsmanship.
